This post is funded by Help the Aged to assist with raising awareness of community care issues and to facilitate the provision of diagnostic tools and training in order to build business for the project from organizational stakeholders.
The development worker will develop referral systems, internally among the consortium members and externally among local orgs. This will co-ordinate provision of Legal Services Commission Community Care advice in the region and will also encourage closer working generally. Training in community care will be provided to local organisations to cascade Community Care expertise.
This post is based in Cambridge, with some travel in the region.

Salary: circa £19,000 pa, (30 hours), five weeks holiday.
