Avon and Bristol Law Centre was granted support by Bristol City Council to provide free legal advice on discrimination matters to the people of Bristol.
The Law Centre had already run a successful discrimination practice, but funding for that came to an end last spring as Equalities and Human Rights Commission grants that had enabled it were axed in Government cuts.
