The Access to Justice Alliance was formed in November 2004 out of serious concern about the crisis facing civil legal aid. Members include Advice UK, Advice Services Alliance, Child Poverty Action Group, Citizens Advice, Justice, Law Centres Federation, Legal Action Group, Legal Aid Practitioners Group, Liberty, Public Law Project, Shelter and 20 other organisations. - Access to Justice Foundation
The Access to Justice Foundation has been established to receive and distribute additional financial resources that will help get free of charge (pro bono) legal assistance to those who need it most. It was launched on 9th October 2008. The Foundation is an initiative of the entire legal profession - solicitors, barristers and legal executives, working with the not for profit and voluntary legal advice sector. It is a prescribed charity under section 194 of the Legal Services Act 2007. - Administrative Justice and Tribunals Council (AJTC)
The AJTC is an advisory non-departmental public body (NDPB) established by the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 to replace the Council on Tribunals. The Administrative Justice and Tribunals Council keeps under review the administrative justice system as a whole with a view to making it accessible, fair and efficient. We seek to ensure that the relationships between the courts, tribunals, ombudsmen and alternative dispute resolution providers satisfactorily reflect the needs of users. - ADR Now
This site is run by the Advice Services Alliance (ASA). ADR stands for alternative dispute resolution - options for resolving disputes without going to court. The aim is to provide independent information about a wide range of ADR options, so that advisers and the general public can make an informed decision about how best to resolve a dispute. AdviceUK is a network for free, independent advice centres. It was formed in 1979 as the Federation of Independent Advice Centres (FIAC). AdviceUK has just under 1000 organisations in membership. Members range from small volunteer only services run from makeshift premises, through to large national advice organisations. Members are either generalist services offering advice on a range of subjects, or specialist services offering in-depth advice in one area of social-welfare law. - Advisory Centre for Education (ACE)

AIRE aims to provide advice and assistance to individuals on their rights under European Union law and international human rights law, in particular, the European Convention on Human Rights. To provide representation to individuals before international human rights tribunals, including the European Court of Human Rights, the UN Human Rights Committee, UN Committee Against Torture. Particular areas of work include immigration, asylum and EU free movement rights, fair trial, family law and liability of public authorities. The ALC is a membership organisation which promotes justice for children and young people within the legal system in England and Wales. A pressure group which lobbies in favour of establishing properly funded legal mechanisms to enable all children and young people to have access to justice and lobbies against the diminution of such mechanisms. - Association of Muslim Lawyers

We are an independent, national charity assisting refugees in the UK. We help the most vulnerable and disadvantaged people seeking asylum in the UK by giving them free legal advice and representing them in their asylum application. We also combine our advice work and policy work with campaigning for the fair treatment of refugees in this country. The purpose of the Asylum & Immigration Tribunal is to hear and decide appeals against decisions made by the Home Office in matters of asylum, immigration and nationality. - Asylum Support Appeals Project (ASAP)
ASAP aims to prevent destitution amongst asylum seekers through the provision of free legal representation and advice and information about entitlement to asylum support, including the right to appeal when this support is refused or withdrawn. Asylum support is the term used to describe the housing and benefits available to asylum seekers whilst their claim for asylum is being considered and to some failed asylum seekers whose claims have been rejected. ASAP is a charity organisation which provides free legal advice in order to protect asylum seekers' legal rights to food and shelter. We give advice to organisations who are helping asylum seekers with their asylum support issues. - Audit Commission
